4. Online Reservations and In-Store Pickup

The Site may offer the functionality to browse inventory and “reserve” or “pre-order” products for pickup.

  • No Online Sales: The functionality on this Site constitutes a reservation of product, not a final sale. The transfer of ownership and final sales transaction occur only at the physical Super Chronic Club location after your age and identity have been verified by our staff.
  • Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders/reservations at our sole discretion, including, without limitation, if we believe that user conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.

5. Products, Pricing, and Availability

  • Inventory Fluctuations: We strive to ensure accuracy of inventory online, but cannabis inventory changes rapidly. We do not warrant that product descriptions, THC/CBD percentages, or stock levels are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.
  • Pricing Errors: In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed for a product listed at the incorrect price.
  • Final Sale: Due to state regulations and health concerns, all in-store sales are generally final. Returns or exchanges are only allowed for defective products in accordance with WSLCB rules and store policy.
